Livestock inventory

The livestock inventory tracks your animals for nitrogen compliance calculations. The EU Nitrates Directive (91/676/EEC) counts the nitrogen your livestock produce through manure, and this counts toward your farm’s total nitrogen balance.

Add each animal group with its type and count. Freyr uses country-specific nitrogen coefficients to calculate how much nitrogen your herd contributes. The compliance bar at the top shows where you stand against your country’s limits.
