Frequently asked questions
How often does Freyr update field health data? Sentinel-2 satellites pass over the Nordics every 3-5 days. When skies are clear, you get a fresh reading — an estimate of your crop’s greenness, not a direct measurement of its condition. On cloudy days, Freyr uses radar estimates to fill the gap.
Is my farm data shared with anyone? Only with people you choose. Your farm data stays on EU servers in Helsinki. Freyr does not share it with other farms or farming groups. If you add staff or an adviser to your farm, they see what you allow in Settings → Users, and if you connect agrirouter, the task data you send goes through it. The only other third parties are the technical sub-processors that run the platform, listed in our Privacy Policy.
Which countries does Freyr support? Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and France. Each country has its own compliance rules, weather sources, and LPIS field boundary data built in.
Can I use Freyr on my phone? Yes. Freyr works in any modern mobile browser — no app download needed. The interface adapts to your screen size automatically.
How do I delete my account? Go to Settings, scroll to “Danger Zone,” and select “Delete Account.” Your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently removed.
